Telephone the hospital day or night at (607) 748-7489. Real emergencies will be given immediate consideration. After-hours calls are asked to follow telephone instructions. Our emergency system is attended 24-hours daily -- thus providing your pet emergency treatment around the clock.

By appointment -- appointments can be arranged by phoning (607) 748-7489. The appointment systems allows us to give you and your pet our personal undivided attention. We will make every effort to be on time -- however, emergencies may upset our schedule. Delays will be no longer than absolutely necessary. Should it become necessary for you to rearrange your appointment, please call us immediately. We will return the favor.

We are a multi-doctor facility -- nevertheless, one doctor will follow each individual case to completion. Futhermore, all cases are overseen by our medical director as an added assurance of quality care. If there are preferences for a particular doctor, please make your request at the time of scheduling your appointment. We will make every effort to comply with your request.

Monday - Thursday: 9 AM to 7 PM
Friday: 9 AM to 5 PM
Saturday: 10 AM to NOON

Our fees support the most progressive diagnostic, therapeutic and surgical services we can provide. Please feel free to discuss the costs anticipated for any diagnostic work-ups, treatment or surgery.We do ask that all accounts be paid in full before your pet is discharged.
